Canada has seat belt extenders available for some Honda Odyssey models.

verified this information by calling Honda Canada
Customer Relations at 1-888-9-HONDA-9 (1-888-946-6329). Seat belt extenders
for the Odyssey, or any other Honda product, are still not available
in the United States.
